Changed your mind?

For online orders, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Clothing must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging.

Supplements and personalised goods

Unless faulty, opened or unsealed consumable supplements cannot be returned where the legal health or hygiene exemption applies. Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email gymratsgrouphq@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returning an order

Please contact us before posting anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Return postage is normally your responsibility unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
